This will be the 4th one that I’ve been too and I’ve always found them to be thought provoking, a chance to meet interesting people and a good use of a day away from the office. My colleague Richard Middleton will be talking about the thorny issue of fun in e-learning. I’ve known several professional firms struggle to balance the need for e-learning to be a fun experience with it feeling serious enough to be credible to a professional audience. Richard will provide some insights into just how much fun you can get your learners to have and still make L&D look good.
My fun at the conference involves chairing one of the conference streams. So I’m looking forward to stimulate debate over the issues raised, so that everyone gets some practical points to take away.
