Just a quick plug for a booklet that I think people in L&D will find helpful for educating their stakeholders about what’s realistic to expect from e-learning. It also reminds us that there’s more to an e-learning solution than routinely wheeling out a series of self-paced modules…it’s important to have a holistic look at the business issue you are trying to solve.
